Sweet Suite

Firstly, it was toss-up between that headline or ‘Suite Dreams Are Made of This’, which also doubles up as a nice ear-worm to see you through the day.

But back to the business in hand. London’s glittering St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel - that humdinger of a Gothic Revival beaut that has appeared in such silver screen classics as Ian McKellan’s Richard III, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, the Spice Girls’ Wannabe video and a critically-acknowledged episode of Most Haunted Live – has launched a humdinger of a seasonal offer to give our sorry asses the zhuzh they need during these *checks notes* crappy times.

Called Suite Spa Days, it’s a day-stay jam-packed with pampering, indulgence and telly, which are three of our favourite things. The hook being it’s all done in the privacy of your own tip-top suite, apart from when you’re downstairs in the Spa that is. It’s basically having the run of the hotel’s juiciest bits, and it goes something like this:

You and your guest (or just you, no-one minds) get a Chambers Suite all to yourselves from 9am – 6pm, you choose between the Moment of De-Stress and Calm or Moment of Recharge and Revive packages, then, as you swish into your suite with the panache we all know and love, you’ll be welcomed with robes softer than a baby’s back bottom and a huuuge selection of Aromatherapy Associates products. You can then watch the instructional videos via the in-suite telly, or just put on Tipping Point and wing it. You also have full access to the Victorian-inspired St. Pancras Spa, and it’s all rounded off with a proper fancy afternoon tea served in your suite, where you can sip on Veuve while people-watching/judging over the Eurostar platforms down below. Which doesn’t happen in any old hotel.

Suite dreams are made of… oh wait, we did that already. And if you’re wondering, you get to keep all the Aromatherapy Associates products.

St. Pancras Suite Spa Day package, £420 for De-Stress and Calm and £479 for Recharge and Revive. To book visit stpancras-spa.com
